45 days. Five non-negotiables. One question: what are you actually capable of when you finally stop half-arsing it for yourself?
Wondering if you'll ever feel like yourself again.
Wondering if this is just... how it is now.
I thought that too — after a few attempts at shrinking my belly, and trying to feel back in "control" again. Not just in my body, but handling a lower capacity in my lifestyle, and grieving my own spark.
Let's find out instead what you can actually bring to life — instead of wondering.
For 45 days we raise the standard. We move. We fuel our bodies properly. We walk. We protect our energy. We follow through. Because most people never give it enough time to work. This is all about collecting your own evidence.
By day 45, you won't be wondering. You'll know.
I'm Aimee. Wild ADHD, a big family, a child with Autism, a Powerlifting Commonwealth Games gold medal, and a local studio gym that's seen hundreds of clients over the past few decades. 20 years in this industry — Diploma in Applied Fitness, qualified in women's nutrition, health and life coaching.
I've used every bit of it on myself. Most recently 17kg of perimenopausal weight nobody warned me was coming. This isn't theory — it's methods I live by.

Movement is medicine. It changes your mood, brings out your inner baddie, and reminds you exactly who the hell you are.
Food fixes more than you think — energy, cravings, hormones, mood. We stop making it harder than it needs to be.
For your head. Your stress. Your body. Your life. Non-negotiable, no exceptions.
Protect your energy like your life depends on it. Less people-pleasing. Less doomscrolling. Less giving your best to everyone but you.
Not affirmations. Not another vision board. The thing that actually builds belief — keeping the promises you make to yourself.
Exhibit A — 17kg down, same person, different standard.
If you're after proof it works: this is it. 45 years old, 17kg down, got my body back — and my spark back with it. Your case file will look different. That's the point.
At the end of the 45 days, one participant gets the final call.
To be eligible: show up, stay engaged, complete the experiment. Trust me — you'll want to earn this one.
Sure, you might lose weight. Drop body fat. Fit back into the jeans that haven't seen daylight in years. But this is about standards, identity, action — the flatter stomach is just the by-product.
Enrolment closes when the file does. Spots are limited on purpose.
